Village Administrator

The Village of Gratis Administrator is the chief administrator and is appointed by Council. Listed below are just a few of the Village Administrator's responsibilities.

• Oversees the performance of the Utility Department
• Implements utility-related policies and procedures adopted by Council
• Oversees all capital improvement projects within the Village
• Responds to citizen concerns
